Auto Tour of the Refuge
You can view the breathtaking beauty of the tallgrass prairie from the convenience of your auto.  The following map offers Refuge visitors a self-guided auto tour across the 1,000 acre range where herds of bison graze. 

Auto Tour Directions
The new paved refuge entry road is located on the west edge of Prairie City at the south edge of Hwy 163 - Prairie City interchange. 
Follow the new entry road to the Prairie Learning Center. 
The auto tour route runs south of the Prairie Learning Center's parking lot. 
Follow 102nd Ave west to 129th St. 
Follow 129th St. north to 96th Ave.  
Follow 96th Ave east to the refuge entry road.
