Prairie Point Bookstore

The Prairie Point Bookstore is located in the Prairie Learning Center. As a major activity of the Friends organization, the bookstore is continually updating its shelves with substantive prairie literature -- titles often not seen in larger bookstores. In addition to a vast array of children's books, non-fiction works, and field guides, the bookstore sells Refuge t-shirts, artwork, postcards, toys and Federal duck stamps.

Proceeds from the bookstore are used to fund projects at the Refuge. If you would like to volunteer at the bookstore, please contact Megan Wandag ( megan_wandag@fws.gov) for more information.

The Prairie Point Bookstore is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
